Keeping healthy can be easier than you think. Join Lucas Trottier, head instructor/Sensei at the Vancouver Dojo, for a simple and effective 45min exercise routine every Wednesday and Friday from 12:00pm (noon)-12:45pm.

The exercises in these classes are safe and effective for anyone of any fitness level.
