Traditional Karate-Do is the complete martial arts system developed on the Ryukyu Islands (Okinawa) south of mainland Japan. The practice of Karate greatly increases health and peace of mind.

Class Times

Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:00-8:30pm

Every class contains strengthening exercises, stretching, balance, mental awareness and focus.

Karate is a complete self defense system training includes, strikes, throws, joint locks, kicks, grappling, and more.
